It has to hurt before it gets better

Wishing for a beautiful body
1He’s coming …. Eventually
2She waits for him to come
You called me by her name
You loved my words … until you didn’t.
Your pretty words, a cunning trap meant to break me
Why hasn’t he used the key yet?
2The things you do for love
An angsty answer to the question, “where have you been?”
I’m not waiting on your promises anymore
He doesn’t even know the gift she’s given him
Finally .. a positive feeling
